**1. Return Window**
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for any eligible items.

**2. Condition of Returned Items**
To be eligible for a return, your clothing items must meet the following criteria:
* Unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them.
* All original tags must still be attached to the garments.
* Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, and odors (such as perfume or smoke).
* Items must be returned in their original packaging.

**3. Non-Returnable Items**
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Underwear, intimates, and bodysuits.
* Swimwear without the original hygienic liner attached.
* Gift cards and clearance items (final sale).

**4. Return Process**
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email before sending any items back. We will provide you with a return authorization and the correct shipping address. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

**5. Return Shipping Costs**
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or an incorrect size selection, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order, MEDRADO E MILANO will cover all return shipping expenses.

**6. Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
