**1. Processing Time**
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

**2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout in USD (or your local currency). Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer standard and, where available, expedited shipping options.

**3. Order Tracking**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to track your package's journey to your doorstep. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

**4. Delays and Delivery Issues**
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, MEDRADO E MILANO is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, extreme weather conditions, or other factors out of our control. 

**5. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages**
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
